STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY, Terms and Conditions (Legal mumbo jumbo...)
Just Cruising acts as a travel agent. We sell cruises on the msPaul Gauguin (pgcruises.com). We may also arrange travel services and sell travel related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers. In doing so, Just Cruising gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be supplied or the products purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the travel services or products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not Just Cruising.
Just Cruising does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground handlers, tour operators, food service or entertainment providers, etc. As a result, we are not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person, or of any other third party not under its control. Weird stuff happens. Without limiting the foregoing, Just Cruising accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, delay, inconvenience, damage, or death which results from criminal activity, weather or other acts of God, accidents, disease, epidemics or the threat thereof, illness, the provision of inappropriate or no medical attention or the lack of access to same, the demands of indoor or outdoor activities, strikes, political or civil unrest, overbooking, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, insurrection or revolt, or any other event beyond its direct control. In addition, Just Cruising is not responsible for typographical or substantive errors in descriptions of hotels or programs.
Just Cruising displays information about travel locations, airfares, travel agents locations, flight times and dates, tours, packages, insurance, cruises, transportation, foreign currency, schedules, travel companies and many other things. This information is supplied to me by third party providers; such are airlines, hotels and transportation suppliers ("Service Provider"). I have taken reasonable care to ensure it is correct and up to date; however I cannot check the accuracy of such information. Many of the services which made up your travel booking are provided by Service Providers. The Service Provider provides these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. We accept no responsibility for information supplied to us by Service Providers. We recommend you confirm all information contained on or linked from our Website with the Service Provider. The details of the prices, packages, tours, flights and other information displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. The travel products and services described on the Website are subject to availability. It should be noted that all documents issued to travelers are non-transferable. Such documents may include but are not limited to, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document used to confirm an arrangement with a Service Provider. Such documents may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation or amendment fees. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these conditions. If for any reason, any Service Provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that Service Provider, and not against us. In the event we received payment by Credit Card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback or recover your payment or any other losses from us. You are responsible for obtaining all passports, visa and health information required.
PRICES
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however Just Cruising acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from the suppliers of the travel services and products. We will bring to your attention any change in price made prior to you completing your booking and paying the balance of the price. Please note some tour operators and travel service providers reserve the right to increase the price of your travel arrangements due to increases in airfares, hotel accommodation charges and currency fluctuations. In addition to the prices set out in the Website, you may be required to pay certain taxes, government fees and other charges payable on the room, air, tour or car rental. The total amount of taxes, charges, and fees will vary based on your itinerary and flight routing.
TICKETS AND TIMINGS
All reference to departure times on our Websites are for your guidance and are subject by amendment by the wholesalers and/or suppliers prior to actual booking. It isn't until full payment has been made and you are ticketed that the departure times are set. You must check your itinerary on each stage of the completion of the booking to ensure that you have the correct flight times. It is possible that changes that flight times will change even after tickets have been issued; in such cases you will be advised of prior to departure, provided the personal information you provided us is correct and up to date.
CANCELLATION FEES
Just Cruising will NOT charge a cancellation fee per booking (as many others do!)
If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge from the cruise line or airlines. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services or product. If you are entitled to a refund please note Just Cruising is unable to provide you with funds until they are received from the supplier.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Just Cruising strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary. If you choose to not purchase cancellation insurance, you will need to sign a release before we can book your cruise.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Should you have any special requests, you must advise us at the time of the booking and clearly note it on booking. We will endeavor to pass any reasonable requests to the Service Provider; however, we regret that we cannot guarantee that your special request will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request does not signify a breach of contract on our part.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Just Cruising will only accpet credit card payments. Your charge will go DIRECTLY to Paul Gauguin cruises or other vendors. No funds pass through our agency. We are paid by the cruise line once your final payment is charged to Paul Gauguin cruises.
PRIVACY POLICY
Just Cruising retains only that information which you voluntarily give. We respect your privacy! Your personal information is only for the purpose of responding to and processing your travel request. Your personal information will only be shared with authorized suppliers that perform specific functions on our behalf as required by you. Your personal information will never be sold to any third party by Just Cruising.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information you provide about yourself when placing a travel reservation is only used to complete your request. Your personal information is never shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
The information you provide about someone else when placing an order is only used to confirm a reservation and to confirm delivery. This information is never shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your travel request.
Return email addresses are used to answer the email received by Just Cruising. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties except the cruise lines or any other service provider involved in your itinerary.

Just Cruising is a "Mom and Pop" cruise agency. We sells cruises. If you have extensive needs beyond the cruise (air deviations, extended hotel stays, unique transportation needs) we do not have the capability to serve your needs in the manner in which you deserve.
